Welcome to the Avian Researcher Network

At the recent Avian Model Systems 11 conference in Portsmouth we discussed the need to build a more coherent avian research community, and to improve communication opportunities in the field. As a start, we are aiming to build a mailing list of avian researchers and research labs across the world. This list will be predominantly used to announce avian research seminars and conferences, but would also be of use to coordinate larger scale funding applications, to share resources, or to announce job opportunities.
